Below are two delicious recipes: a Classic Mushroom Mocha and a Caramel Mushroom Mocha Macchiato.

Recipe 1: Classic Mushroom Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 serving (1 sachet or equivalent) Zone In Mushroom Coffee

  • 2 tbsp Zone Out Mushroom Hot Chocolate Powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp water

  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk of choice

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Method

  1. Make the mocha syrup: In a small saucepan, combine Zone Out Mushroom Hot Chocolate Powder, sugar, and water. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.

  2. Brew the coffee: Prepare Zone In Mushroom Coffee as directed.

  3. Combine: Pour the syrup into your coffee, then stir in steamed milk.

  4. Serve: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.

Recipe 2: Caramel Mushroom Mocha 

Ingredients

  • 1 serving (1 sachet or equivalent) Zone In Mushroom Coffee

  • 2 tbsp Zone Out Mushroom Hot Chocolate Powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp water

  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk of choice, steamed and frothed

  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Method

  1. Make the mocha syrup: In a saucepan, whisk Zone Out Mushroom Hot Chocolate Powder with sugar and water until smooth.

  2. Brew the coffee: Prepare Zone In Mushroom Coffee as directed.

  3. Assemble: Pour the syrup and caramel sauce into your coffee and stir. Add steamed milk and top with froth.

  4. Finish: Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel for the perfect café-style finish.
